The first and only bottling (to date) of this site was in 2003.  Currently the vineyard, owned by David Polite, has six acres in production with another five acre planting in process.  The vineyard sits in the center of Oregon appellation Yamhill-Carlton District on sedimentary soil.  Some claim these are some of the oldest soil series in the Willamette Valley region and although this vineyard is still relatively young the wines it produces have distinct bright, complex, black fruit flavors.
