The Winery

After years of pursuing the perfect property for the EIEIO & Company winery, a location has been found.  Without revealing too much (as no moves have been made yet) an obscure aerial photo of the undisclosed location and some preliminary drawings of the winery have been provided below.

The list of requirements for any potential property was almost as long as winemaker Jay McDonald's list for dateable women, but first and foremost the site had to be plantable.  After a soil test revealed that this 30+ acre location contains seven types of soils each uniquely suited for planting Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Jay knew that he had found the perfect site.
