EIEIO & Company's first vintage was in 1998 with a mere 200 case production. What began as a purely négociant pursuit has grown into a fully bonded 1,800 case operation. To date, EIEIO & Company produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but it is unlikely that you will find mention of the wines in any wine publications. The winery is motivated by the attainability of the best possible wine not by competitions, ratings, trends, or publicity. There are, of course, occasionally exceptions.
